OxeFit: Gen2 Strength Training that Changes the Game

OxeFit fitness machines allow us to compete at a level that no one else is doing. OxeFit is a first-of-its-kind strength training system, using advanced robotics and artificial intelligence. None of our competitors have connected strength equipment that comes anywhere close to what OxeFit offers. Right now, there are only a few brands of connected strength equipment available – Tonal and Tempo. Both of these are considered Generation One connected pieces. OxeFit is definitely a Generation Two connected piece, and there's a massive difference.

Gen1: Content, Marketing, and Not Much Else

Generation One pieces are all about the content and the marketing. The product development and quality are rudimentary.  It's generally basic equipment with good content and marketing. That's why you don't see connected strength equipment in gyms or fitness spaces because it’s not durable enough to handle even moderate use. It's simply not built ruggedly enough for it.

Gen2: Adds Biomechanics and Durability

Generation Two equipment is the next evolutionary step. It still offers premium content but is now built with biomechanics and durability in mind. It’s designed well, built with commercial specs, and can handle multiple users.

OxFit: Gen2 Connected Strength

OxeFit is a Gen2 connected bar and cable system that uses magnetic and motor-driven resistance to create resistance on the end of a cable or on a bar. OxeFit is an amazing strength trainer, but it offers more than just a strength platform. You can also Row, Canoe, Kayak, Paddleboard, SurfSwim, SkiCross, and even perform digitally controlled Pilates.

OxeFit doesn't have traditional bars but can be used for Olympic bar work and for cable usage because of the way the cables hook to the bar and the way the resistance gets really right below you as you would actually have on a bar. It has multiple ways you can hook the resistance to the bar or the cables. So you can get resistance from above you, resistance from below you, and resistance from right in front or behind you.
And the resistance is totally controlled electronically, so it can change the ratio eccentrically or concentrically, match a strength curve of a motion, or anything else a trainer can dream up.

Superior Data Capture

OxeFit also does a lot more data gathering than any other piece. Tonal generally gets all their data from the sensors in the resistance system. Tempo gets all their data from a camera in the machine that does a lot of motion capture work and compares it to a library. OxeFIT has both of these plus a third data source.

OxeFit adds force plates that you stand on so it can track balance. So it has three different sets of data capture, which makes it a lot more able to analyze what your form is and what you might need to change or improve. You can track power, velocity, and load balance in real-time to safely improve your performance. So that is a huge advantage over earlier, GEN1 systems.

OxeFit also has the Oxelead system, to let trainers monitor and create programs for their clients.

OxeFit XS1 and XP1

There are two different units, the XS1, and the XP1 – both units are actually commercial quality. That totally blew my mind and was not what I was expecting at all. XS1 is what I would consider the studio version. The XS1 platform literally folds up into the machine. And because they're both commercial machines, there's been a lot of thought on the biomechanics and durability. They’re much better built than any of the Gen1 options.

There’s much more to tell you about the OxeFit machines, give me a call and let’s see how this Gen2 machine can work for you.
