The Hudson Miami...Instantly Our Bestseller

So this blog is a little different than most of my wider ranging, 30,000 ft view blogs.

This is about a single product. The Hudson Miami SuperGym. C5_The-Miami

I'm writing this blog because this unit has very quickly become our number one selling strength piece. We sell multiple of them every week. It is so incredibly versatile and well-built that we watch people literally be drawn to it as they walk into the showroom. I had one client late at night drive by, see it through the window, and then turn back to buy one.

We've mentioned in an earlier blog that squat racks, half racks, and full racks are generally the same footprint, with different architecture. The Miami may be a compact half rack, but don't let its size fool you. It not only features J hooks and safeties for the free bar, but also boasts a top-notch linear bearing Smith machine with sturdy safeties. And that's not all - it comes equipped with a full cable machine, complete with adjustable width pulleys at the top, side pulleys that glide up to nearly 7 ft on the sides, and low pulleys at the bottom with a footplate for a variety of exercises like low rows, bicep curls, upright rows, and more.PXL_20240308_170654915

For anyone looking to equip their space with a half rack, a Smith machine, or a cable machine, the Hudson Miami SuperGym seamlessly combines all three functionalities in one compact unit. Standing at under 7 ft tall, its durability and versatility shine through as clients test its strength with a few pull-ups. This is no ordinary piece of equipment found online; it's a robust light commercial asset that has already found a home in multiple training studios.

But not only does it have all of that, it comes with the handles and bars to use it, it comes with the plate storage, six plate horns, it comes with a battle rope attachment, it comes with a landmine attachment which is 360° of angle adjustment, and it comes with band pegs set so you can use them with the freeway bar or with the Smith bar. The pull-up bar on top is cambered very nicely and even has a built-in slot specifically for a TRX setup.

The weight stacks are on a 2:1 ratio, so these are heavy stacks, and they can come at 150 or 200 lbs.  Hudson makes a few variations, like the Greenwich, which is made for corners, and the Manhattan, which has a floating smith machine.

So if you have been looking for a real solution to free weights and cables in a small space, that is incredibly well designed, the Hudson Miami is worth looking at. We do have it in the showrooms and you should stop by and see it.
