I had an old client find me recently, who came in and told me that when he'd gone looking for some new fitness equipment, he'd dealt with a bunch of amateurs who spent more time spreading lies about ConnectFit than trying to show product or sell positively.

And you can see this by the fact that we're the unique Boston fitness equipment dealership with only five star reviews. I'm not saying we're perfect, but I am saying I do everything in my power to build a happy client base. Even the big corporate companies that have money to scrub reviews have a few one and two star reviews in there based on the experiences that people deal with.

One of the first advantages is that we are truly local, even though we folks in the company that have decades of international-class experience, of designing equipment, servicing equipment, and designing fitness spaces. You get the best of both worlds here.
One of the other huge advantages that really affects our reviews is that we have in-house service and in-house delivery. Unlike the chain stores, we don't use subcontractors. Everyone on the logistics side is working to make happy clients.
A lot of those five star reviews are actually directly about our delivery team. You never have somebody show up who's never tried to build a piece of equipment before, you never have somebody show up who's disgruntled and is only there for a couple days work, you get the professionals who only build fitness equipment.
Same with our service people, they are dedicated to us and our clients. That is you, by the way, if you are reading this.
Another hidden advantage is that they're not dealing with some amateur who doesn't understand the underlying principles of what the equipment is doing, or is supposed to be doing. You are either working directly with me or people trained by me. 

Also, we are independent. We're a local, independent company that currently represents over 35 brands of equipment. We are NOT owned by a manufacturer. A number of other dealerships in this area either owe allegiance or are outright owned by a manufacturer, which means you're not getting real advice, they're recommending what they get paid the most to sell.
I know I'll have to edit this eventually, as some people are jerks and I can't stay perfect forever. But for now, I guess these fake stories is the price you pay, but I'm going to point out that we are still the only company with only a five-star reviews selling fitness equipment in the Boston market.
