Another Opening, A Second Showroom!

We’re so excited to announce that ConnectFit is opening a second showroom on September 3rd, 2022.  The new showroom is located at 112 Burlington Mall Road in Burlington, Massachusetts near the Burlington Mall area and the intersection of Route 95 and Route 3. This new 4000 sq ft facility offers both the high-end legacy fitness equipment you see in our premium retail showroom and the latest options in fitness available for designing luxury gyms. 

We – myself and my wife, Jenn – have a ton of experience in the fitness industry. We’ve spent decades in this space so we know the ins and outs of the business. We’ve been able to consult directly with a number of premium brands in product development and distribution, and we specialize in designing residential and commercial wellness spaces. Plus, our years of experience have taught us that clients expect a supreme customer service experience that is currently not found in our industry. 

I have very different ideas about what makes a fitness equipment company work than a lot of these national chains. I think many of those companies consider the equipment purchase to be the beginning and end of the story. Not us. At ConnectFit, we establish a relationship that is very different from the other companies – it’s full service from conception, design, purchase, delivery, and maintenance. People expect more of us. And at least 70 percent of our work is repeat business or referrals. That’s the reason we're already opening another ConnectFit showroom.

We understand why so many clients are coming back to them and referring business to them. It’s the marriage of brand new cutting-edge equipment with old-fashioned handshaking customer service that people can count on.

ConnectFit’s new Burlington showroom will continue our mission to offer uniquely premium service. It’s precisely the same model as the original showroom. In fact, it will be staffed by Benley Jean, one of our top salesmen, who personifies the level of long-term client relationships that we believe in.

 

Our Newton store has done very well and we already have quite a few clients in the Burlington area, but we don’t expect people to drive an hour+ away from their normal shopping patterns. That’s why we're staying relatively close and selected a location near a vibrant shopping area. It’s more convenient for our clients and helps us serve them better.

ConnectFit offers a wide variety of elite brands including TRUE, Octane, Freemotion, Ecore, Eleiko, Spirit, Echelon, Panatta Sport, and TKO. ConnectFit is the only USA distributor of certain brands in quite a few cases. Clients will be able to design their gym with all of the elements needed to build a premium fitness facility and benefit from concierge-level customer service at all stages of the relationship.
