Simple immune-building remedies to prevent Covid

With covid still being a major part of our daily lives, anyone vaccinated or unvaccinated can still get covid. The best way to prevent covid is by working with the body's natural immune system. Here is a list of supplements scientifically proven to strengthen the immune system and prevent covid in the best way possible.

Get enough vitamin D- It’s actually been shown that 95% of children and 87% of adults are low on vitamin D. An estimated 40% of American adults may be vitamin D deficient. For African-Americans, that number may be nearly double at 76%, These populations may need an extra boost of vitamin D. It's also been found that almost all people who end up in the ICU are vitamin D deficient. Therefore,  It is so important that you test your Vitamin D levels yearly.

Get some elderberry- Elderberry is one of the most commonly used plants for medical purposes. It is packed with antioxidants that can help give the immune system a greater boost to prevent Covid. It can be purchased in a lozenge form or syrup at your local health food store.

Take some zinc - Zinc is especially important for the immune system and is a common deficiency in people. According to the Linus Pauling Institute, the population groups most at risk of zinc deficiency are the elderly, children and adolescents following a vegan/vegetarian diet, and pregnant or lactating women. Those with malabsorption issues, and those who consume large amounts of alcohol, are also at greater risk of being zinc deficient. It is recommended that these populations in particular take zinc picolinate.

Transfer Factor Multi Immune - With the Covid outbreak being particularly dangerous for older adults, Dr. Rothfeild recommends taking Transfer Factor Multi Immune, as well as Monolaurin for daily immune support. Multiple clinical studies show that this supplement (made up of transfer factor, herbs, mushrooms, colostrum, zinc, and selenium) has a very positive impact on covid prevention.
