Well, the holiday season is upon us. And this season is all about giving. That's one of the nice side-effects of being a relatively small team of local experts. We are here to take care of the fitness needs of our community, of our clients and trainers and builders and designers.

In case you've got a fitness fanatic who is hard to buy for, or if you need a few extra gift ideas, I've taken a few minutes and bent my mind and expertise to this fitness gift guide. It's not 'Best Deals' or 'Sell, Sell, Sell"...it's supposed to be some new, fresh takes for our community. I hope that there is something for everyone in this Gift Guide.
