Moxie Flooring by Ecore

Yes, I'm a bit of a gym geek.

I do enjoy the gym design stuff and I really have always enjoyed new product and development. I've been involved with designing product for over a dozen manufacturers, so it's always been one of the things I do best. I make sure my clients understand all the differences and nuances of upcoming products.

But when you design the same way we do, one of the most important and overlooked facets is the flooring. I do put a lot of time and effort into our flooring blogs so that people understand the choices that they didn't used to have. For example, a lot of our clients and builders still don't know that newer stacked flooring has a lot more give and is a lot easier on the body than the old hard rubber.

But stacked flooring also means that you have a lot more options as to what goes on top of the stack. And recently Ecore came out with their Moxie flooring. This is another one of their stacked flooring with the underlays. This is a heavily calendered solid color flooring. That gives it a little extra grip and a little extra resistance to harm. This flooring is nearly indestructible, but gives a lot of brighter colors and different feels into the space. It's got the option of the thicker stack so you can really have a lot of give with this, but it really has a good grip and is absolutely impervious to harm and completely resistant to water or spillage. A really nice combination of a great look and a great feel. Definitely, our designers should add this to their list of options!
