Our Job is to Make the Builders/Designers Job Easier.

One of our greatest success stories has been how we work with builders and designers.
 
Fitness rooms are specialty niche rooms, like wine cellars and home theaters. And they have very specific demands and ever-changing requirements. It's also a room where things will change more than most rooms in the house. An average gym room in a residence makes a major change every 3 years.
 
So we've had tremendous success in taking most of the pain away from the builder and designer. That's really our job, to make it easier on the big picture people, the building designer, by helping design that one little space. And this means understanding newer, better flooring, checking the access to the space, safety requirements, ceiling requirements, mirror placement, electrical requirements, sightlines, and more.

I can't tell you how many times we've saved a builder the trouble of putting radiant heat in a floor because you can't use that with gym flooring. Or the placement of the 5-20/ NEMA plug for the treadmill and the A/V.  And that is why we CAD out every designed space.  atam over 13 3

 
And even just a few months ago, we had to go in and literally rip up the flooring the contractor had put in, because it was offgassing and was an older, harder, style, to put in more modern, totally odorless version with a modern look.
